Christian A. Williams is a string educator born and raised in South Carolina. He began playing the violin in fifth grade and grew up through the strings program in his hometown of Central, SC. He graduated from Furman University with a Bachelor of Music Education – Instrumental with a specialization in strings. Mr. Williams has been teaching fifth grade beginning strings and high school orchestra for seventeen years. He is the viola sectional coach for the high school symphony, and teaches violin privately.
He also has experience working with middle school students, both individually and in class settings.
Mr. Williams teaches and lives in Spartanburg, SC, where he spends a lot of time reading, writing (he is also a published author), and composing.
